At this level with access to the terrace, there are two bedrooms including the family one, a bathroom with a tub, separate WC, the ski or bike storage, and the laundry.
The family room is designed to accommodate an entire family or a tribe of friends or cousins. It is equipped with two 80x200 cm joinable beds to form a 160x200 cm one, two bunk beds 80x200 cm and a desk with shelves.
In the other bedroom there are also two 80x200 cm joinable beds to form a 160x200 cm one and a desk with shelves.
The ski or bicycle storage has a large size. The entrance from the wooden terrace has a bench and a wardrobe. On the terrace there is large picnic table and room for the deck chairs. In the ski room, there is a barbecue, deck chairs and a parasol, a rack for skis, a boot dryer for 10 pairs and a bicycle rack. In that room, plugs are available to recharge electric bicycles.
In the laundry, there are a washing machine and a dryer both with a capacity of 8kg.
